eurobarometerSpecial Eurobarometer 401 Eurobarometer Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI), Science and Technology published on November 2013 by European Commission reveals that 65% of the respondants stated  television as a main source of information for development in science and technology, followed by newspapers (33%) and websites (32%). Scandinavians and people in the Baltic region are more likely than central and eastern Europeans to turn to the Internet for information.

Fellowships for the 5th International School of Science Journalism

erice5thThe theme of the 5th edition of the International School of Science Journalism (ISSJC) is The Digital World: computing, networks and us and it will take place from 9th to 14th June, 2014 at Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture (EMFCSC) in Erice (Sicily, Italy).

PUS-1992-2011Martin W. Bauer, editor of Public Understanding of Science, and Susan Howard, both from London School of Economics (LSE), have published the Public Understanding of Science. A compiled bibliography 1992-2011 It is a lexicographic and bibliometric study of all papers published in this journal during 20 years.
