An article recently published on a journal from the American Meteorological Society evaluated the impact of “Climategate” on TV meteorologists.

The Climatic Research Unit (CRU) email controversy, also known as “Climategate” happened on November 2009, when emails from scientists in the United States and Great Britain were illegally leaked.

The results showed that the leaking of emails and reports reduced the belief in global warming and the trust in climate scientist.

The meteorologists were asked for the awareness, the knowledge and the impact of the story.

  1. Climate Change is not a matter of believe, it is not a religion, and a serious scientist would never say I believe or not, a real scientist would see evidences of a phenoma which they can prouve is happening, or not…
