Do we want to eat additives?

The SAM Platform (Food Safety and Media), constituted by the Catalan Food Safety Agency (ACSA) and the Observatory of Scientific Communication (OCC-UPF), has launched today the English version of the new SAM Monographic entitled Do we want to eat additives? The document  summarizes the highlights of the meeting organised by the SAM Platform on 28th April 2010 in the Colegio de Periodistas de Barcelona, devoted to the social debate on the industrial use and the safety of food additives.

Do we want to eat additives? is the fourth monographic published by the SAM Platform, which has also been published in Catalan and Spanish.
