The European Nuclear Education Network (ENEN) Association is organizing the “Workshop on Culture for Nuclear Safety and Journalism” under the auspices of the EUROSAFE Conference in Munich on 7 – 8 November 2016. The aim of this workshop is to provide a set of informational tools and practical drills for journalists to strength competences required for achieving excellence in Culture for Nuclear Safety at European level.
This activity is funded by the European project NUSHARE which implements a European Education, Training and Information initiative proposed by the Commissioner for Research and Innovation and the Commissioner for Energy after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami on 11 March 2011 (Fukushima).
ENEN is seeking to invite European journalists interested energy and nuclear safety.
Journalists interested can contact Anne-Marie Legault, Project manager at the World Federation of Science Journalists (WFSJ) with a short expression of interest (less than 2 paragraphs and CV) before October 15. Once your participation is confirmed, the ENEN Association will cover travelling and accommodation expenses.
