The results of the Audio Visual Science Audiences (AVSA) project are available online as the AVSA Research Report. This project  involves the first comparative structural analysis of all TV and radio science programs. The project aims to classify the science programs in Europe and to describe perception, trends, and lack of science journalism in the different countries.

The project focuses on what kind of science and in what amount is communicated by science programs, the perception of science programs in different countries and the ways the recipients put the information to use.

The AVSA project is funded by the European Commission and involves partners located in Germany, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria and Ireland.
